How inquiry information is handled.

What you provide

The inquiry form collects your company or purchasing organization, contact name, preferred contact method and matching contact details. You may also provide a purchase scenario, expected timing, destination country or region, postal code, delivery location, sample requests, customization requests, product models and quantities, or additional notes. These may include business details that you choose to share.

To respond and follow up

We use the information you submit to answer your inquiry, contact you, confirm product specifications, pricing and supply terms for the models and order you describe, and manage follow-up in the website admin system.

What happens after submission

After submission, your inquiry is saved in the website admin system and sent to Beau Seat’s inquiry inbox through the configured email service. The page shows the email notification status. If the notification does not succeed, the saved inquiry remains in the admin system; you can follow up through the public channels on our contact page.

Manual deletion of records

Inquiry records currently have no automatic cleanup period and can be deleted manually by an admin. To ask us to locate, correct or delete an inquiry, use the contact page and provide the contact details or inquiry information used when submitting it so we can identify the record.

Your selection stays in your browser

To keep your selection available as you move between pages, this website stores selected model IDs, estimated quantities and your language preference in the current browser. These local records do not include the name, company or contact details from the inquiry form. Selected products and quantities are sent with an inquiry only when you submit it. Clearing this website’s stored browser data removes the local selection.

The contact and product inquiry pages also use a necessary security cookie, valid for up to 24 hours, to help verify form submissions.

Email, hosting and security checks

Information needed to operate the site, send inquiry notifications and reduce automated abuse may be handled by the website host, the configured email service and Cloudflare Turnstile. The security check communicates with Cloudflare. See Cloudflare’s Privacy Policy and Turnstile Privacy Addendum for its data practices.
